Isle Marina as with all of the Almar family of Marinas
offers very competitive rates without sacrificing service,
dependability, comfort and security.
Our slip rate-to-features ratio is second to none. We
pride ourselves in being able to provide both the seasoned and
casual boaters alike, choice mooring locations and the peace of
mind that comes with using our facilities.

Harbor Master office (Bldg. facing the fuel dock).

The BASIC rate (RENT) is for the berth, based on the
size of the slip indicated including up to 3' permitted
overhang.
PERFORMANCE FEE:
(refundable with 30 day notice)
Equal to one (1) month basic rate + $50.00 up to 32', +$100.00 33' to 40', +$150.00 45' and up.
LIVEABOARD CHARGES: Available ONLY on
35' craft or larger. ($250/Mo.) in addition to slip fees. NO
PETS, 2 Person Limit.
CARD KEY LICENSE FEE: The FIRST gold and the FIRST blue
key cards are free - ALL others are $25.00 each, no
exceptions and the fee is non-refundable.
TRANSFER FEE: $50.00 (1st One is FREE)
RESERVATION: One (1) Month BASIC rent.
ELECTRICAL CHARGE:
$3.50 Min. + Metered kilowatt usage.
DRY BOAT STORAGE:
$45 - $80.00/Mo Boats up to 26 Ft.
FUEL DOCK: 7 Days a week - 8:30am - 4:30pm
Propane Station: 7 days a week -
8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Slip charges are based on a weighted formula
r elating to the amount of space used by a
particular size of slip and not upon the lineal foot length of the slip.
Unauthorized liveaboards are double the normal rate. Authorized liveaboards limited to registered boat owners and direct members of their

coast at any one of our many conveniently located marinas, two

beautiful landscaping, great views of both Oakland and San
Francisco Bay, marine supplies and more.
